How are you today? I hope you are
as fit as a fiddle. Unfortunately, I am grappling with a cold: I’ve just a
runny nose and I’m sneezing a little. Well, it’s really annoying because every
now and then I have to blow my nose. Everywhere we can meet somebody who is
ill, and to make matters worse, they can still infect us. The fact of the
matter is that we want to avoid getting sick, but it involves really strenuous
effort. What we can do to protect yourself from diseases?
Firstly, it’s worth preventing:
prevention would cost a great deal less than a cure. I propose you to drink a
glass of water with honey and lemon (every morning). This mixture tastes good
and builds up your resistance to colds and flu. Today more and more people is
having a very limited immunity to infection: it is necessary to take care of
yourself.
Furthermore, I recommend you to dress properly
for weather: it is the key to fell comfortably and be healthy. We should pay
particular attention to our outfit. If we keep getting cold, it can increase
the likelihood of you falling ill. We have to dress in in layers that is
appropriate for any weather. On the other hand, what happens when we overheat? There
are a lot of symptoms: loss of consciousness, headache, dizziness… Overheating
seriously endangers not only for our health but also our life.
If you have sheer bad luck and catch a grip or something like that, you have to struggle fiercely with your attacker. What’s more, you should be on medication for your sickness. I think that your positive attitude can make a significant contribution to recovering. Don’t give up!
