If you ask me, excercise and nutrition are essential to
fitness and health. Well, we are currently spending a lot of time at work.
Consequently, we eat intermittenly. It’s a grave problem that must be overcome. We should eat every other
three - four hours: when we fell full and we are in no mood for snacking. Many
people forget to have breakfast. According to research, it’s the most important
meal of the day. As a matter of fact, we shun fruits and vegetables. I
recommend you avoid stimulants like a plague: it’s really dangerous to abuse
them.
In the second place, we should pay attention to physical
exercise. You know walking for at least half an hour a day can influence your
health end mood ? It is necessary to force yoursef and do the exercises
regularly. You can preserve yourself from heart disease, excess weight and
diabetes.
