It’s autumn, my dears. Most people associate this
season with deep sorrow and the crushing dullness of it all. But, what about our enjoyment of living?
What happend to smile and sense of humor? I think that laughter is the best medicine for
everything, full stop.
Manyespecialist argue that good mood helps us
with combat despondency and tension. Furthermore, we attribute to smile a lot of
merits.
Recent studies show that we laugh in various
situations: even if we lose our job or we experience a lot of problems with something. The fact of the matter is that smiling affect us: releases endorphins in our body, changing our mood. In my opinion,
we should take matters in our stride and keep our distance.
If you don't know what a sense of humor is, you probably don't have one. This his a big problem. To say that it's an ability to see the funny side of everything, for instance death, people and yourself, in my view, it's an understatement. It cannot be learned: a sense of humor is a kind of sensibility about things. You develop it or you don't.
