How do you reuse food scraps?

Have you ever thought about what becomes of your scraps? Every day there is a lot of food left on your plate. Do you know you can help the environment by using it again? That's why I would like to give you some ways to reuse food scraps at home.

It's worth using leftovers to make a soup: it's very easy and common. You can mix various indregients, tastes and smells. Furthermore, it is really good opportunity not only to spark your imagination but also to find your passion for cooking.

I recommed you to save stale bread. But it's necessary to remember to store it in dry place (it's important to prevent mold growth in your home:)). Then, it's bad enough that you grind it up and you have homemade breadcrumbs without artificial additives.

Recently I've read un article about food scraps and, interestingly, the author gave a recipe for fried potato peels. In my point of view, it's the best alternative to French fries. Why? You can prepare this snack without fat: you eat fewer calories and, at the same time, it means better health.

What about leftover beef, chicken or pork? Do you fancy preparing meat-and-potato casserole? Just do it!

Learn how to reduce food waste at home and save money :)
