Eat breakfast!

Hi Everyone!

The Harvard Medical School conducted a study which found that people who ate breakfast every day were 35% less likely to be obese. It needs to be recognised that breakfast is the most important meal of the day. Unfortunately, many people, especially younger people, forget about benefits which breakfast provides. Not only does it give you nutrients you need in the morning, but it also is an excellent occasion to spend a few minutes with your family.

If you want to start your day off right I recommend you to eat a nutritional meal (e.g. a bowl of whole grain cereals with buttermilk or porridge with fruits and nuts). According to experts, when you eat a healthy breakfast, it can help lower your cholesterol levels and lose weight. What's more, they affirm that this meal provides you impoved concentration. You know that people who normally eat eggs for breakfast overweight than those who choose high fiber bread?




I believe that we should adopt some healthy and simple habits: one of these is eating breakfast. Today you have a wide range of breakfast possibilities and, furthermore, it isn't very difficult activity. So let's do it :)

  1. I never eat breakfast. Always I get up 20 minutes before leaving and I don't have time to eat...,,I should change this habit!!

  2. I hope that you change eating habits. I know that you are constantly on the run but you can make porridge in advance and quickly reheat it in the morning in a microwave :) Good luck!
