Today I would like to say a few words about really popular form of physical activity. Do you go jogging? I know a lot of people who are fascinated by this type of excercise. But... What's the trick that makes it so much trending?
At first, it's worth realising that jogging differs greatly from running. According to web portal chron.com:
You might think running and jogging mean the same thing, but in fact
they are actually different. The obvious difference between the two is
the pace. Jogging is defined as going at a pace of less than 6 mph,
while running is defined as anything faster than 6 mph. Other
differences, including how your body burns calories and how your muscles
react to the two exercises, define jogging and running.

Well, the diference between jogging and running is just intensity. If we go jogging regulary we have a lot to gain. It doen't refer only to this activity. In general, physical excercise and some changes to our diet have an important impact on frame of mind and healthiness. It has been scientifically demonstrated that physical activity helps to release endorphins: hapiness hormones. What conclusion would we draw from that? We should do excercise :)
